For the purposes of the provisions of current legislation on data protection, Hispano Oriental informs the customer of the existence of automated files of personal data created by it and under its responsibility, whose purpose is to perform the maintenance and management of the contractual relationship with the customer. The customer gives his consent to Hispano Oriental to receive from the latter advertising of products or services of the same or third parties. If you do not wish to receive any of these advertisements, you may communicate this to the address indicated in paragraph 1 of this Clause, in writing, bearing the date and original signature.

Duration

Duration of possession of personal data.

The data for the management of the customer relationship and the invoicing and billing of services will be kept for as long as the contract is valid.

After the end of this relationship, if applicable, data may be retained for as long as required by applicable law, and until any possible liability arising from the contract is established.

User rights in relation to their data

Users may exercise their right to access, modify and delete their personal data by contacting Hispano Oriental by email at hosa@hispanooriental.com or by post at Carrer Oporto Nº36, 1º 1ª, 08012 Barcelona.

In the event that any User or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that reveal the unlawful nature of the use of any content and/or the carrying out of any activity on the web pages included or accessible through the Portal, and, in particular, the violation of intellectual or industrial property rights (patents, industrial models and drawings, trademarks and trade names, etc.) or other rights, they must send a notification to Hispano Oriental containing the following points:
